Do you accept private commissions?
I'm really sorry, but I don't accept private commissions. I want to be able to express myself freely as an artist, but I'm open to collaborations. you can send your request to yaya.draws@hotmail.com.

How long does delivery take?
If you have ordered a voucher, it will be printed on your order. A voucher will be delivered within Germany approximately 21 days after the monthly deadline for orders. Outside Germany, the delivery time is approximately 5 weeks after the monthly deadline for orders. Read 'What is a voucher' to learn more. Originals will be delivered within Germany in approximately 14 days, and within 5 weeks outside Germany. Please be aware that additional customs checks may be required, which will significantly increase the delivery time.

What paper are the prints printed on?
Unless stated otherwise in the product descriptions, all prints are printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag® 308 g/m².

What is special about Hahnemühle Photo Rag® 308 g/m²?
This paper is made from white cotton paper and has a distinct tactile quality thanks to its soft yet visible felt structure.

How will my print/original be packed?
Your print will be delivered in a shipping envelope. We pack your print inside the shipping envelope with a tubular film and a silica gel packet to protect it during shipping. Your original will be delivered in a shipping frame in a parcel. The shipping frame is only for shipping.

What should I consider when framing my print / original?
You're free to choose any frame you like! Just remember that the glass should protect your lovely picture from the sun (UV protectiv) so you can enjoy it for as long as possible. A paspartout is always a great choice. Your local art supply shop will be happy to help you find the perfect frame.

Which unit of measurement are the sizes in?
All sizes are in cm.

What is a Voucher and what can i do with it?
A voucher gives you the opportunity to pre-order your chosen picture in the size that best suits your wall. The voucher orders are collected from the first day to the last day of the month, then I place the print order to have the picture printed for you. After I have checked the quality again, I will personally pack it and send it on its way to you.
Why do I always collect voucher orders for an entire month? I want to be able to offer you the best possible price and the best way to do that is to have more than one image printed.
